George McKay is the Executive Director of Topmark Holdings Limited, based in Hong Kong. Topmark operates globally with a focus on property investment, development, brokerage, and management. Under George’s leadership, the firm has expanded its investment and management footprint through a series of successful transactions and ongoing assignments since 2018 in particular:

• Vancouver, BC, Canada – Complete renovation and expansion of a single-family home and two commercial warehouses, including successfully securing long-term tenants and refinancing.
• Seattle, WA, USA – Acquisition, renovation, and subsequent leasing of a single-family property to a long-term tenant and refinancing.
• London, UK – Acquisition, refurbishment, and placement of a long-term tenant in a high-demand residential asset.
• Los Angeles, CA, USA – Acquisition and improvement of a single-family home, with subsequent long-term leasing and refinancing.
• Manhattan, NY, USA – Acquisition and renovation of a residential condominium unit in a prime downtown location, including successfully securing a long term tenant and refinancing.
• Seattle, WA, USA – Development of a strategic business plan for an art advisory company, completion of tenant improvements, and successful leasing of commercial space.
• Osoyoos, Okanagan, BC Canada – acquisition, renovation, management and refinancing of a 2 acre/ 10 unit residential mobile home park overlooking Osoyoos Lake.
• Kamloops, BC Canada – Marketing and sales for a 2,000 acre residential land development project on Kamloops Lake, in the Thompson Okanagan region.
• Hong Kong, China - The Salted Pig Group – restaurant group with 5 locations.  Investment and support.
• Bolivia and Brazil – start up investments in precious and high tech minerals projects.

Prior to Topmark, George spent 15 years at Colliers International in regional leadership roles across Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong and India, work included expanding Colliers’ presence in South Asia, leading corporate services, and serving on the Asia Pacific Executive Committee. His responsibilities spanned client strategy, occupier services, and regional service quality.
